About Dalia Izem
Dalia Izem is a Senior Perfumer at Givaudan who trained at ISIPCA, the perfumery school in Versailles. Fragrantica also links her to IFF, Drom and Zoaroma. She has lived in five countries and speaks five languages. She describes herself as a cultural chameleon and sees perfume as a way to connect people.
Food is central to her work. She draws on the Algerian and Syrian dishes her grandmothers cooked, as well as spice markets and citrus gardens. She is especially fond of musk, which she calls a fragrant hug. Her best-known creations include Iris Porcelana for Ex Nihilo (2022) and Halwa Kiss for Ojar (2021). In 2025 she co-created Eclaire Banoffi and Eclaire Pistache for Lattafa. Adare is her first fragrance for Memo Paris.
Dalia Izem's creations include Rose Cannelle for La Closerie des Parfums (2019), Ojar Halwa Kiss (2021), Ex Nihilo Iris Porcelana (2022), Lattafa Eclaire Banoffi and Eclaire Pistache (2025), and Memo Paris Adare (2026).
