About Dr. Paolo Vranjes
Dr. Paolo Vranjes is a Florence-based chemist, pharmacist and cosmetologist. In 1983 he co-founded Antica Officina del Farmacista with Anna Maria Vranjes. The business became Dr. Vranjes Firenze in 2008 and is best known for its room fragrances. He also completed a master's in chemistry and cosmetic technologies. The company marked 40 years in business in 2023.
Vranjes traces his love of scent to his grandfather's room, filled with perfumes a silk trader brought back from his travels. His work draws on Tuscany and everyday memories. He created Acqua (1988), Ambra (1993), Rosso Nobile (1999), Ginger Lime (2003) and Oud Nobile (2013). In 2022 he launched an eau de parfum collection as the house's master perfumer.
Dr. Paolo Vranjes created the Dr. Vranjes Firenze scents Acqua (1988), Ambra (1993), Rosso Nobile (1999), Ginger Lime (2003), Oud Nobile (2013) and Giglio di Firenze (2018), and a 2022 eau de parfum collection.
