About Sonia Constant
Sonia Constant is a perfumer who trained at ISIPCA in Paris and at the Givaudan perfumery school. She combined about five years of study with hands-on work at Givaudan. She went on to spend more than two decades at the company. In 2017 she created the collection for Ella K Parfums, a house she co-founded.
Travel, landscapes, colours and emotions shape her work, and she carries a camera and notebook to record ideas. Her favourite materials include ambroxan, cashmeran, orange blossom and orris. She created Tom Ford Noir Extreme (2015) and Ombré Leather (2018). Her other work includes Jean Paul Gaultier La Belle (2019), Mugler Angel Nova (2020) and Jimmy Choo I Want Choo (2020). For Narciso Rodriguez she worked on Musc Noir Rose For Her (2022).
