Parfums de Marly was founded in 2009 in France by Julien Sprecher, drawing inspiration from the opulence of King Louis XV's Château de Marly and 18th-century French equestrian culture.
Opens with aromatic clary sage and lavender brightened by tangerine and bergamot, fresh with a herbal edge. The heart is a lush white floral blend of tuberose and jasmine, refined by a touch of iris. It dries down to benzoin, vanilla and ambergris over vetiver and patchouli, ambery, warm and slightly animalic. Suited to evenings, weddings and dressy occasions, it shines in cooler months and on pleasant nights out.
