About Maïa Lernout

Maïa Lernout is a French perfumer raised in Paris and a Senior Perfumer at Takasago in France. She trained at ISIPCA. Before Takasago she worked with Biolandes, Kao Corporation and Creations Aromatiques. She is known for her knowledge of natural materials.

Her style centres on bright florals and natural ingredients, and her scents aim to express joy. For Lolita Lempicka she created LolitaLand (2018) and Green Lover (2019). She made Elie Saab Le Parfum Royal (2019) and Le Parfum Essentiel (2020). She also created Burberry Her London Dream (2020) and Burberry Her Elixir de Parfum (2022). Other credits are Givenchy Gentleman Society (2023), Shiseido Ginza (2021) and Molton Brown Flora Luminare (2019).
