About Harry Fremont
Harry Fremont is a Master Perfumer at dsm-firmenich, born in Cannes, France. He trained at ISIPCA in Versailles and joined Firmenich after graduating. After three years at the Geneva headquarters, he moved to the New York office in 1987. His awards include a Fifi Award in 2004 for Kenneth Cole Black and another in 2007 for Juicy Couture. The Fragrance Foundation gave him its Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017.
His work ranges from playful and energetic to sensual and mysterious, often with unexpected blends. He has worked for Ralph Lauren, Estée Lauder, Lancôme and Vera Wang. Well-known creations include Ralph Lauren Polo Sport (1994), Ralph Lauren Romance (1998) and Lancôme Miracle (2000). He also made Juicy Couture (2006), Tom Ford Grey Vetiver (2009) and Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris (2016).
Harry Fremont created Ralph Lauren Romance and Polo Sport, Lancôme Miracle, Juicy Couture and Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris. He also made Tom Ford Grey Vetiver and Noir de Noir, Vera Wang Princess and Estée Lauder Modern Muse.
