About Mathilde Bijaoui
Mathilde Bijaoui is a Paris-born perfumer at Mane. She studied chemistry for two years before training at ISIPCA, inspired by a visit to the Osmothèque in Versailles. She joined Mane in 2004 at Bar-sur-Loup, near Grasse, and moved to its Paris studio in 2005. Her father introduced her to cooking, and she first trained her nose on ingredients at food markets.

For Etat Libre d'Orange she made Like This (2010). More recent work includes Narciso Rodriguez For Him Vetiver Musc (2024).
