About Sébastien Cresp
Sébastien Cresp is a French perfumer and the son of perfumer Olivier Cresp. He grew up in Grasse and trained as a cook before turning to fragrance. In 2009 he completed a one-year programme at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery. He then spent more than 13 years at Firmenich, working on fine fragrance and body care. He is now senior perfumer and partner at Atelier Fragranze Milano.
Gourmand notes feature strongly in his best-known work. With his father he co-created Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato 33 (2023), which helped drive the rise of pistachio scents. The pair also made Maison Margiela Replica From the Garden (2023). At Firmenich he worked for brands including Natura, Oriflame, Bath & Body Works and Victoria's Secret.
Sébastien Cresp co-created Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato 33 and Maison Margiela Replica From the Garden (both 2023) with his father, Olivier Cresp. He also composed Natura Ameixa e Flor de Baunilha (2021) and Victoria's Secret VS Him Deepwater.
