Issey Miyake Le Sel D'issey EDP 100 ML
Issey Miyake, the Japanese fashion house founded in Tokyo in 1970, built its fragrance identity on elemental forces — water, air, salt. Le Sel d'Issey Eau de Parfum is Quentin Bisch's densified return to the house's salt theme: where the EDT is crisp and open, the EDP is fuller and more resinous, incorporating the house's signature misty aquatic accord into a deeper, more enveloping structure.
Launched in 2025. The nose behind this fragrance is Quentin Bisch.

The Experience
The EDP opens with an immediate marine-mineral accord — salt and seaweed stripped back to their rawest expression, briny and clean simultaneously. Incense in the heart introduces a smoky, resinous dimension that lifts the fragrance away from straightforward aquatic territory: it smells like salt air drifting through a wood-burning coastal village rather than the open ocean. The base of cedarwood and amber settles into a warm, slightly sweet woody finish that provides significant longevity and close-skin presence. Fuller and darker than the EDT, this is built for cool weather and evenings.
Ideal Occasion
Evening wear, autumn and winter use, intimate settings. The incense-amber base makes this quieter but more enveloping than the EDT. Works well in cooler climates.
Longevity
As an Eau de Parfum, expect 6–10 hours with moderate-to-strong projection. The incense and amber anchor provide excellent base longevity on most skin types. Performance varies with individual skin chemistry and temperature.
